Lead the development of early-phase AI systems to enhance user experience and develop systems to measure and improve AI performance and relevance. Direct the future of AI at Figma in collaboration with cross-functional teams of innovative software engineers, product managers, and data scientists. Break down open-ended AI problems into engineering strategies utilizing machine learning, data analysis, and experimental design.
Partner with clients to understand their specific business requirements and work to develop, design, and implement solutions. Apply Data Engineering and/or Data Analysis principles to deliver innovative solutions. Work closely with cross functional and/or business teams to understand business processes, goals and gaps as part of solution design & development. Apply agile principles to capture requirements, track progress, and ensure project success.
